Ángel Estrada y Compañía S.A completes the sale of Editorial Estrada S.A.
The Buyer is Macmillan Publishers Limited.
Buenos Aires, July 2007. Ángel Estrada y Cía. S.A, a company with 138 years of tradition in the spheres of education, culture, and educational and commercial stationery, made public the completion of the sale of its publishing division, Editorial Estrada, S.A., to Macmillan Publishers Limited. A preliminary announcement had been made in early May.
This sale comes at a moment when Angel Estrada’s publishing division is showing strong growth, solid results, and owns a substantial share of the market in educational textbooks and books for school libraries.
